Technical inspection of facilities
Specialists of the Scientific and Technical Centre Integrated Monitoring Systems, LLC fulfill a set of measures for assessing the condition of monitoring facilities in the sphere of construction and operation of buildings and structures in the mining, power and transport industries using various methods and tools.
Besides, it is possible to analyze technical documents in order to develop solutions for the correction, implementation, development of control systems, dispatching and monitoring the state of automation objects and technological processes.
The Scientific and Technical Centre Integrated Monitoring Systems, LLC provides the following services:
- expert assessment of existing technical documentation for the facility in order to identify inconsistencies between the characteristics contained in the documentation and real values;
- on-site field inspections of the facilities using instrumental non-destructive methods to assess the degree of deformations;
- feasibility study of the need for implementation of condition and process monitoring systems;
- performing technical and/or technological audits at the request of the customer.
Engineers and designers of the Scientific and Technical Centre are developing technical solutions for the implementation, correction, modernization of control systems, dispatching and monitoring the technical condition of automation objects and technological processes upon inspection results.
