Development of regulatory documentation
The Scientific and Technical Centre Integrated Monitoring Systems, LLC is engaged in the development of regulatory and technical documentation in accordance with the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law “Concerning Technical Regulation” in the field of design and operation of monitoring systems and automated control systems that are intended for technological process management as part of the company’s scientific and production activities.
The company’s specialists prepare recommendations for the development, design, operation and technical maintenance of the systems for monitoring engineering structures and facilities as well as develop regulatory and technical support for all stages of the life-cycle stages of intelligent transportation systems and the systems for monitoring engineering structures and facilities.

They explain the changes and amendments to legal, regulatory and technical documentation in the field of road industry, as well as provide recommendations for performing road works of various types.

The Scientific and Technical Centre Integrated Monitoring Systems, LLC is a member of the “Intelligent Transportation Systems” TK 57 Technical Committee, “Management and control in transport, traffic management. Infrastructure systems for road users” PK 02 subcommittee.
The Technical Committee is an association of specialists from various enterprises who are engaged in the development and approval of standardization programs as well as verification of documents for compliance with the technical regulations of the Russian Federation.
