The Scientific and Technical Centre Integrated Monitoring Systems, LLC, which main office is located in Saint-Petersburg, was founded recently, in 2016, seven years ago, but has already managed to make a name for itself. Nowadays, the Scientific and Technical Center is one of the leading companies at the market of automated integrated monitoring systems (Engineering Systems Monitoring, Structural Health Monitoring System) and automated traffic control systems as part of intelligent transportation systems.

We are complex integrators, as well as developers of our own industry-specific software and hardware solutions for monitoring the condition of facilities for various purposes, on the creation of which more than 50 people work. Qualified specialists with great experience, including researchers, PhD in Technical Sciences, who are the members of professional national organizations (NOPRIZ, NOSTROY, TK 57, International Academy of Transport) awarded with diplomas and letters of gratitude from the President of the Russian Federation, work in the Scientific and Technical Center.

- An automated traffic control system for the tram line and an automated traffic control system for the highways in Samara were designed
- Systems for monitoring civil engineering construction facilities were designed and put into operation: Lider Tower Business Center, Prince Alexander Nevsky Residential Estate
- A system for continuous monitoring of the high-rise building of the Peter the Great and Catherine the Great Residential Estate was designed
- The Structural Health Monitoring System of the transport crossing across the Kerch Strait was put into operation
- Maintenance service of the technical means complex of the Engineering Systems Monitoring “Structured system for monitoring and managing engineering systems of buildings and structures” of the Gazprom Arena football stadium was provided
- Engineering Systems Monitoring was installed and put into operation on a cable-stayed motor-road bridge across the Ob River in the Surgut Region
- The Structural Health Monitoring System of the bridge on the Russky Island across the Eastern Bosphorus Strait in Vladivostok was taken over for maintenance
- The monitoring system on the Crimean Bridge was taken over for maintenance
- The Structural Health Monitoring System of the bridge across the Pur River was installed
- Design and detailed documentation for the M-12 “East” Moscow – Nizhny Novgorod – Kazan Federal highway, which is part of the “Western Europe - Western China” international transport corridor (stages 4, 6, 7, 8), was developed
- Victory in the competition of the projects for the development of Russian solutions in the sphere of information technologies (Russian Information Technology Development Foundation)
- Implementation of the first project regarding installation of a monitoring system at an industrial facility
- Beginning of cooperation with the International Academy of Transport and the “Intelligent Transportation Systems” TK 57 Technical Committee for Standardization
- Certificates of result of intellectual activity registration were received as part of the completion of the first stage of the IT project (Russian Information Technology Development Foundation)
- Implementation of the “Buildings and Structures Monitoring Systems” at 155 facilities of Norilsk Nickel Mining and Metallurgical Company, Public Joint-Stock Company
- Beginning of cooperation with the “Digital Era of Transport” Association

We develop application software

Our most significant developments include a hardware and software package for automated systems for Structural Health Monitoring Systems as part of a structured Engineering Systems Monitoring, as well as intelligent transportation systems.

Specialized technical solutions for the industrial sector, transport infrastructure for geotechnical monitoring, as a subsystem of the Structural Health Monitoring System, are being successfully implemented, including the implementation of monitoring systems in the regions of the Arctic zone on permanently frozen soil and in seismically active regions.
