Software of the data transmission subsystem from the data collection subsystem to the centralization subsystem

The program is designed to work with data in the data collection subsystem of the monitoring system and in the centralization subsystem, including processing raw data from the collection subsystem and transferring it to the centralization subsystem of the monitoring system.

At the moment, the software is included in the Russian software registry.
