ISSO-SG4  Vibrating Wire Embedment Strain Gauge

The ISSOSG4 string strain gauge is designed to measure internal stresses in concrete laid in foundations, bridges, dams, tunnels and other concrete structures. The sensor‘s sensitive element is a stretched metal string. The action is based on the dependence of the frequency of vibration of the string on the strength of its tension.

The material is resistant to corrosion and moisture, the housing with good tightness ensures long-term operation in the aggressive environment of concrete.

The measurement error is not more than ± 0,1%, which meets the requirements of accurate monitoring of deformations in engineering systems.

It is equipped with standard terminals for connection to measuring equipment, the possibility of reliable mounting on fittings or inside concrete elements.
