ISSO-EX3-6 Vibrating Wire Rod Extensometer
The ISSO–EX3–6 string borehole rod extensometer is designed to monitor vertical movements of soils. The sensor consists of an anchor fixed in the borehole in the zone of stable soils, connecting tubes and a control head located on the surface of the well. A motion sensor is located in the control head. When the soils move vertically, the distance between the anchor and the control head changes. This change is detected by the displacement sensor. The sensitive element of the sensor is a metal string.
High accuracy and resolution: The sensor provides high measurement accuracy (±0,1% of the range).
The housing is made of high-strength alloy steel combined with a fully waterproof sealing structure.
