Consent to the processing of personal data

While leaving a request on www.ntc-ksm.ru website using the “Contact” form, an individual, acting freely, of his/her own will and in his/her own interest, as well as confirming his/her legal capacity, provides his/her consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) to Scientific and Technical Centre Integrated Monitoring Systems, LLC (Taxpayer Identification Number 7842123084, + 7 812 775 10 82), which owns www.ntc-ksm.ru website and is registered at the address: 192102, Saint-Petersburg, Fuchika St., 4, lit. K, suite # 12H, office # 408, for processing his/her personal data under the following conditions:

The present Consent is given to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools and with their use.

The Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data of mine:

personal data not related to a special category of personal data or biometric personal data: e-mail address (e-mail); Name; information about the place of work; Mobile phone number; information about where a person came to the website from (tab).

The objective of processing personal data: discussion of a possible project.

During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (update, change); extraction; usage; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

The third parties do not process personal data on behalf of Scientific and Technical Centre Integrated Monitoring Systems, LLC for the objective specified in the consent.

Personal data is processed until refusal in further discussion of the project or until a project contract is made, whichever happens sooner.

The Consent may be revoked by you or your representative via sending a written statement or an electronic statement, signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of electronic signature, to Scientific and Technical Centre Integrated Monitoring Systems, LLC at the address indicated at the beginning of the Consent.

If you or your representative revoke the Consent, Scientific and Technical Centre Integrated Monitoring Systems, LLC has the right to continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in Paragraphs 2 – 11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 & Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152 – FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

The present consent is valid all the time until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in Clause 6 & Clause 7 of the Consent.
