The Scientific and Technical Centre Integrated Monitoring Systems, LLC, which main office is located in Saint-Petersburg, was founded recently, in 2016, seven years ago, but has already managed to make a name for itself. Nowadays, the Scientific and Technical Center is one of the leading companies at the market of automated integrated monitoring systems (Engineering Systems Monitoring, Structural Health Monitoring System) and automated traffic control systems as part of intelligent transportation systems.
We are complex integrators, as well as developers of our own industry-specific software and hardware solutions for monitoring the condition of facilities for various purposes, on the creation of which more than 50 people work. Qualified specialists with great experience, including researchers, PhD in Technical Sciences, who are the members of professional national organizations (NOPRIZ, NOSTROY, TK 57, International Academy of Transport) awarded with diplomas and letters of gratitude from the President of the Russian Federation, work in the Scientific and Technical Center.

Our most significant developments include a hardware and software package for automated systems for Structural Health Monitoring Systems as part of a structured Engineering Systems Monitoring, as well as intelligent transportation systems.
Specialized technical solutions for the industrial sector, transport infrastructure for geotechnical monitoring, as a subsystem of the Structural Health Monitoring System, are being successfully implemented, including the implementation of monitoring systems in the regions of the Arctic zone on permanently frozen soil and in seismically active regions.
